PASCO COUNTY CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Customer Service is available until 3pm today for the shelter to assist with any questions or concerns. You can reach them at 727-847-2411 or chat online at MyPasco.net.

REPORTING DAMAGE:

If Hurricane Helene caused damage to your home or business, Pasco County is offering an online tool to report storm damage. This is the fastest way to get help and schedule inspections. Please upload photos of non-emergency damages to our assessment teams at mypas.co/ReportDamage.

For emergencies or to report downed power lines, please call 911.

SAFETY TIPS:

If your life is in danger or your home is flooding, call or text 911 immediately. Our emergency crews are responding as quickly as possible.

Avoid traveling unless absolutely necessary, as roads may be flooded or blocked by debris, downed trees, or power lines.

Our 911 Center is receiving numerous calls about flooding, and first responders are actively rescuing individuals from flooded homes and vehicles.
