This prestigious recognition underscores United Way of Pasco County’s dedication to financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability in its operations. Additionally, in the latest audit conducted in 2023, the organization achieved an impressive overhead of only 8.41%, meaning a remarkable 91.59% of funds were directed towards crucial services and community initiatives.

United Way of Pasco County’s attainment of a 4-star rating places it among the top echelons of nonprofits nationwide. According to Charity Navigator, only a quarter of rated charities receive this esteemed distinction, reflecting United Way of Pasco County's commitment to excellence.
