Derek Pontlitz, CRPC is Managing Director and Chief Wealth Strategist at Pontlitz Asset Advisors with over 13 years of experience in finance, lending, insurance and healthcare. A graduate of University of Central FL, he holds a BA in Finance, and certifications of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and the College of Financial Planning.

Pontlitz Asset Advisors is based on the principle that education and understanding of your current financial situation is vital to make successful, prudent decisions concerning your financial condition.

My staff and I truly care about making our clients dreams real. We focus on where you want to go, advise you on how to get there, and continually remind you of the importance of maintaining a disciplined approach to realizing those dreams!

What is something interesting or surprising that most people don’t know about you?

The office of Pontlitz Asset Advisors is a historic, almost 100-year-old building in the heart of downtown New Port Richey.

What would your older self tell your younger self?

You are on a journey, which means things will change. Even important things will change, sometimes shockingly. But it is a nevertheless a good journey, and it’s worth every step.
