UW Welcomes New CPD Committee Members

The reinvigorated Community and Partnership Development (CPD) Committee met today for the first time.  In the coming weeks and months the committee will help United Way reach out to the community to help determine the way forward for our new Community Impact focus areas.

Our UW is embracing a new way of doing its work.  We are reaching out to the Pasco Community and listening to determine where we should focus our efforts.  Our committee will also help us review applications for funding, visit our partner agencies, and make recommendations to our board regarding funding allocations.

Our work to determine our CI focus areas will take some time and a great degree of input from our community.  As we move forward with developing our CI model, we will continue our usual application and allocation process for our funded partners.

We welcome the following people to our committee:

Cami Austin – Synovus Bank, UW Board Member

Kim Bogart – Bogart & Associates Consulting and Training

Gino Casanova – Sen. Fasano’s Office

Heather Fiorentino – Superintendent, Pasco County Schools

John Hagen – Pasco Economic Development Council

David Lambert – Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative

Skip Miller – SunTrust Bank, UW Board Member

George Romagnoli – Pasco County Community Development, UW Board Member

Jerome Salatino – Career Central

Harold Sample – Workforce Housing Ventures

Tina Shelton – Community Volunteer, UW Board Member
